Doesn't my tuition cover all the school's expenses? What are the proceeds for this raffle used for? Tuition covers a portion of the full cost to educate your students. And while the faculty leadership and School Committee work very hard each year to approve a fiscally responsible operating budget, certain expenses are excluded, which is where the Home and School Association steps in. Through fundraising, Home and School allocates funds to fulfill teacher wish lists. For this year's Calendar of Cash proceeds, the profits generated will purchase new contemporary desks for our remaining three classrooms (Grades 1,2, and 3). Previous years' proceeds have purchased new sitting and standing desks for the other classrooms, as well as provided funds for new library books, field trips, service trips, hospitality events, and teacher supplies.
We are so grateful for your continued support, and ask for you to join us again this year.
